● MEASURE WHILE WEARING UNDERWEAR ONLY
● MEASURE WITH MEASURING TAPE
● THE MEASURING TAPE MUST LAY STRAIGHT AROUND THE BODY. NOT TOO TIGHT AND NOT TOO LOOSE.
● IT CAN BE A GOOD IDEA TO GET ANOTHER PERSON TO MEASURE YOU TO MAKE SURE THE MEASUREMENTS ARE CORRECT.
● AFTER TAKING MEASUREMENTS, YOU NEED TO LOOK AT THE CHART TO FIND THE CORRECT SIZE. YOU MAY NEED DIFFERENT SIZES IN TOPS AND BOTTOMS - THAT IS NORMAL.
● ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE BODY MEASUREMENTS AND GARMENTS THAT ARE NOT TIGHT FIT HAVE EXTRA WIDTH FOR OPTIMAL MOVEMENT.
A. MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PRT OF THE CHEST, ROUGHLY 2 CM UNDER THE ARMPITS. MEASURE WITH ARMS DOWN.
B. MEASURE AROUND WAIST BELOW LAST RIB
C. STAND WITH FEET SLIGHTLY APART AND MEASURE AROUND THE FULLEST PART
OF THE HIPS.
